Patricia Brown-Coleman is a proud hometown girl who was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, where she currently resides with her husband, Deacon Randall K. Coleman. She gives God thanks every day for continuing to walk and talk with her, guiding her life and purpose.

 

Patricia enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, friends, and her church family at Divine World Changers International Ministries in Richmond, Virginia, under the leadership of Pastor Dr. Derwin L. Hickman Sr. and Co-Pastor Franswalla Hickman.

 

She is a kindness advocate and philanthropist with a heart for giving back to her community through her business, Kiss The Skyy Innovations LLC, which proudly presents “Acts of Kindness Pay It Forward.” Patricia’s passion for writing began in high school during her creative writing class, where she discovered her love for expressing herself through words.

 

In 2018, Patricia heard God instruct her that it was time to become an author and publish her first book. In obedience, she released Masterpieces From My Soul, a book of poetry featuring poems she had written as far back as high school. Though she believed her writing journey had ended, God had other plans.

 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, God gave Patricia a dream that revealed both the title and content of her next book. In 2021, she published Walk In Your Purpose and Truth, a powerful book filled with affirmations and scripture designed to inspire and uplift. In 2022, she expanded the brand by releasing the Walk In Your Purpose and Truth Affirmations and Scripture Calendar, which is now available annually. In 2023, she continued the journey with the release of the Walk In Your Purpose and Truth Prayer Journal and Walk In Your Purpose and Truth Affirmation Cards.

 

God did it again.

 

On Tuesday, February 30, 2024, God whispered to Patricia, saying, “I want you to create a coloring book.” Assuming it would be an adult coloring book, Patricia was surprised when God clarified that it was to be a children’s coloring book. Though initially unsure, Patricia trusted that God makes no mistakes. After praying and asking God to work through her, she stepped out in faith.

 

On April 8, 2024, Patricia joyfully published the Bible Stories and Bible Verses Coloring Book for Kids. This beautifully designed book combines Bible stories, Bible verses, and coloring fun, creating an engaging and meaningful way for children to learn about God’s Word. Through this project, Patricia clearly sees God’s vision and gives all thanks and glory to Him for choosing her and for her obedience.

 

Patricia is also excited to announce that she is now an official songwriter with BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc.), marking another milestone in her creative journey. She gives all glory to God for expanding her gifts beyond writing and into music, using every talent to honor Him.

 

Patricia believes that sometimes we must step out of our comfort zone and embrace discomfort in order to fully discover and walk in the gifts God has placed within us.

 

She is deeply grateful for the ways God continues to move in her life, and her prayer is that He will continue to use her to glorify His name and His Kingdom. “
